Cancellation Policy

Reservation of courses is valid from the time I received the fee. The reservation is binding, but not personal, i.e. it is non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else. Participants in longer courses with multiple occasions do not receive compensation for possible obstacles during the course, but the opportunity can be taken again if they are available on the corresponding course occasion within six months after the lost opportunity.

The ceramics process is long, and sometimes a work does not last all the way through drying and firing - Made by Pihl/L'Atelier can therefore never guarantee that everything made during a completed course is complete when the course is delivered.

If there are too few enrollees, the course is cancelled - this is then announced no later than one week before the course, and the registration fee will be refunded in full.

The minimum age for course participants is 12 years, unless otherwise agreed. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 participate only in the company of an adult.
