Join us on a guided tour through Falun's historic craft and trade districts, where each step brings you closer to a time when the picture became a window to the world. Here you will meet the stories of the pioneers who shaped the history of art, crafts and photography — while giving you the opportunity to create, experiment and let your hands speak.
When the history of the art of photography and the use of postcards is brought to life, you become a part of it. Inspired by your own experience, create one or more artistic postcards that carry both the place and your own voice - and mail it to someone you enjoy (or to yourself?).
The experience is combined with bubbly, snacks and creative joy.
What's included
Guided tour and creative workshop, including all materials, tutorials and postage. Bubbles and snacks during creation.
Practical information
The walk starts from Nybroparken and ends at L' Atelier on Slaggatan 29. Car parking is available in the southern part of Nybroparken, as well as date parking on adjacent streets.
The walk takes about 1 hour, but the distances are not great as we stay in Gamla Herrgården and the old trade and craft quarters on the East side of it.
