Try creating & shaping in ceramics, 3 hours

For three hours we create together in clay, in the middle of Falun's old handicraft and trade district.

I give you a walkthrough and the basics of the techniques of rolling, ringling and thumbing and help you along the way with both inspiration and handling materials. You then freely choose what you want to create. Perhaps a beautiful dish with an inlaid pattern, a unique vase, a candle lantern or a sculpture... Only your imagination sets the limit! (We use stoneware clay that can withstand the dishwasher and microwave, so it works great to create both consumer goods and art)

After the course, the products are then left in the workshop and dried before being scoured, dipped in a beautiful white glaze and then burned again. Everything is ready for you to pick up after about 4-6 weeks.

The price of 995: - includes 1 kg of clay, two burnings, glaze and coffee or tea with cake. (If you want to buy extra clay, it costs 90: -/kg.)

(NOTE! Only hand construction is included in the workshop, no turning!)
